Ask (the right kind of) questions.
It’s the simplest form of engagement, and one were already programmed to respond to on an innate level. But they should be questions about the audience, not questions for your own benefit.
Think like a writer, not a producer.
Social content should be just that: content. Your options for 80%-90% of your content should be limited to (a) entertaining, (b) educational, or (c) both. No one will care about you until they feel you care about them.
